Pregnancy & Post-Partum
Pelvic Floor Physio can be helpful for anyone when they are pregnant to help prevent incontinence, and to help prepare your Pelvic Floor and body for delivery. What can you expect from Pelvic Health Treatment?
Pelvic Health is all about getting your Pelvic Floor functioning at it's best so you can feel confident again. No matter which treatment plan you choose, you can count on three things:
Feeling Heard
This can be a sensitive subject and hard to talk about and maybe even shrugged off. I just want you to know- I've been there, I hear you, and together, we've got this.
Exercises beyond Kegels
Let's face it, Kegel's aren't always the answer. And if they are, they often aren't enough. Let me show you what else you need to be doing.
An Understanding
You need to have an understanding of your Pelvic Floor, how it works and why you are having your issues. That makes it easier to solve the problem and feel confident that your treatment plan is going to achieve your goals.
