Virtual Consulting with Carly is perfect for questions or issues that you need guidance on. It can be just as effective as in-person treatment.
Appointment Length | 50 minutes for initial appointment, and 30mins for follow-up appointments
Cost | $135 CAD for initial, $90 follow-ups
Includes | One virtual appointment, and a post-consultation email with summary of recommendations & exercises given.
What to expect: You will spend some time chatting about your symptoms, your history, and your goals of treatment. Carly will ask you questions and may ask you to try some exercises/tests to get an idea of what is going on with your pelvic floor/etc. You will then be educated about your condition, given advise, shown exercises and will be given a chance to ask any questions you may have. You will receive a follow-up email with a summary and exercise pictures/explanations
Expect to feel at ease, inspired, excited to get started on your treatment plan and so relieved that you took the plunge and clicked "book" by the end of your appointment!!

When is my payment due? | The day of your appointment. Please put a credit card on file when booking. Your card won't be charged until the day of your appointment.
I am concerned about my Credit Card security | Your Card info is stored in our HIPAA compliant software. Once saved, we can only see the last 4 digits.
Can I submit this to my physiotherapy benefits? In Ontario, yes you can. In other locations, no you cannot.
What is your Cancellation Policy? | Carly has your time slot reserved JUST FOR YOU. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations, but we can happily reschedule with 24 hours notice.
